At Air Cool Solutions, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Here is our refund policy:

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are eligible in the following cases:

  1. Product received is damaged or defective.
  2. Wrong product was delivered.
  3. Product is returned within 7 days in unused, original condition with all packaging.

Non-Refundable Cases

  1. Products that have been used or installed.
  2. Products with physical damage caused by the customer.
  3. Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery.
  4. Service charges (visit charges, installation fees) are non-refundable once the technician has visited.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us via the Contact Us page with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review the request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Service Bookings

For service bookings, the visit charge is free once the technician has arrived. Additional service charges are only applicable if the service is performed.
